Damage Deposit:
A 30% refundable damage deposit is required on all rentals. It is completely refundable after your event provided there is no
damage or missing items. It is also completely refundable if you do not make changes to your order. Dates and inventory are not held without a paid deposit. When you receive your invoice, it will include a required deposit to confirm the order. The damage deposit is part of that. This quote locks in your price and is valid for 10 days from the date sent by RRFVR. A contract will be sent to you within 10 days of paying your damage deposit. Occasionally, more time is needed during peak wedding season: March-June and August-November.

Personal Checks are accepted. Please contact me for details before mailing a check.
Credit Cards are accepted with Stripe. Processing fee is 3.15% plus .30 per transaction or 2.9% plus .40 per transaction, whichever is greatest. Transaction fees are taken out of damage deposit.

Payment Schedule for rentals only or rentals plus styling/design:
The next payment installment of 50% is due 30 days after paying the initial deposit.
You may pay any amount at any time after that.
The final payment installment is due 30 days from your event.
Payment Schedule for Styling and/or Design Services only (no rentals):
Payments are broken into thirds and are non-refundable.
The first payment installment is due 10 days from the date your quote is sent by RRFVR.
The second installment is due 90 days from event.
The third and final installment is due 30 days from your event.
The fees for styling and design services are non-refundable.
Changes to order and refund policy
No changes to orders are permitted less than 30 days from your event. This is the date of your final payment. You may add items, if available, up to 15 days from your event. No refunds are issued for any reason as payments (initial deposit, first installment, any additional payments, final payment) are made. The damage deposit is non-refundable if you cancel items from your order. Date changes are permitted if RRFR is available for that date.
